Who's Behind This
I spent over twenty years building and running technology teams for large enterprises. Global consulting firms, banks, professional services organisations. Most of that time, I watched talented people spend their days on work that didn't need them — the same reconciliations, the same compliance checks, the same reports assembled by hand every month.
The tools to fix this existed in pieces for years. But they were expensive, hard to implement, and usually sold by vendors who didn't understand how professional firms actually operate. When AI reached the point where it could genuinely handle complex, unstructured business work — not just demos and prototypes, but real production tasks — I knew it was time to build a firm that could bridge that gap.
I started this practice because I'd seen the problem from the inside, across enough industries to know it wasn't unique to any one of them. Every professional firm has brilliant people doing tedious work. That's the problem we solve.
— Sanjeev Garg, Founder
Why We Exist
Every professional firm has the same problem hiding in plain sight. Smart, experienced people — the ones you're paying for their judgment — spending large chunks of their day on tasks that don't require any judgment at all. Copying data between systems. Chasing documents. Compiling reports from scattered sources. Running the same checks against the same criteria, month after month.
It's not that firms haven't tried to address this. Most have invested in software, outsourcing, better templates, extra headcount. Those help at the margins. But the core issue remains: the work keeps growing, and it still depends on people doing things manually that a well-built system could handle in seconds.
AI agents have changed what's possible here. Not in a vague, futuristic sense — right now, in production, for the specific kinds of repetitive knowledge work that professional firms run on. The firms that figure this out first don't just save time. They fundamentally change what their people can focus on.
That's why we exist. Not to sell AI for the sake of it, but to take the operational bottlenecks that every partner and practice leader knows about — and actually eliminate them.
What We Believe
Every output must be auditable. If the AI produces a result, you should be able to trace exactly how it got there. Black boxes have no place in professional services. Your clients trust you, and you need to trust your tools.
First workflow in production within 8–12 weeks. We don't believe in year-long discovery phases. You should see a working system handling real work within your first quarter of engagement. If we can't deliver that, we'll tell you upfront.
The engagement is run personally. Sanjeev leads every client engagement directly. You're not handed off to a junior team after the sales call. The person who designed the architecture is the person you call when you have a question.
We build around your tools and processes. Your firm has its own way of working, its own systems, its own culture. We don't ask you to change any of that. We fit into what you already have and make it work harder.
